Placement optimizations by the dynamical neural global optimization algorithm

Abstract

In this paper, a neural global optimization algorithm is proposed and used to solve placement optimization problems. The results are better than those obtained in many other papers and the operating time is lower due to the parallel processing property of the neural networks.<>
