Research on Economy of Grid Access Project

Abstract

This paper analyzed the policies related to the grid access project in three stages: Collecting capital contribution of power-supply stage, partial extension stage and comprehensive extension stage. In 2020, the Opinions on Clearing and Regulating the Charges of Urban Water Supply, Power Supply, Gas Supply and Heat Supply to Promote the High-quality Development of the Industry (GBH [2020] No.129) proposed that power supply enterprises extend their investment to cover user building line. In light of industrial and commercial users and residential users, this paper took into account line type and voltage level, and analyzed the economy of grid access lines, so as to facilitate investment decision and economic analysis of grid access projects.
