The conclusion shows that the research and development of technology is positively related to the innovation speed of enterprises, and the organizational memory ability positively regulates the relationship between technology research and development and innovation speed. So enterprises should improve organizational memory and enrich information network systems. Abstract

With the rapid development of the information economy and the Internet, how to make full use of their own information networks has become a hot and difficult point in contemporary research. In order to solve this difficulty, this paper combines the knowledge memory network system, applies the data of listed companies in China’s high-tech industry to establish an econometric model, and further uses the STATA software for analysis to obtain the impact of enterprise technology independent research and development mode on innovation speed and how enterprises should apply information network systems. 基于STATA软件的企业技术研发与创新网络模型研究与分析
随着信息经济和互联网的飞速发展,如何充分利用自身的信息网络已成为当代研究的热点和难点。为了解决这一难题,本文结合知识记忆网络系统,运用中国高新技术产业上市公司的数据建立计量经济模型,并进一步运用STATA软件进行分析,得出企业技术自主研发模式对创新速度的影响以及企业应如何应用信息网络系统。研究结果表明,技术研发与企业创新速度正相关,组织记忆能力正调节技术研发与创新速度的关系。因此,企业应提高组织记忆,丰富信息网络系统。本研究通过模型建立和软件分析,丰富了企业技术创新管理,解决了信息网络应用问题,为企业的智能决策提供了依据。
