In order to solve this difficulty, this paper combines the knowledge memory network system, applies the data of listed companies in China’s high-tech industry to establish an econometric model, and further uses the STATA software for analysis to obtain the impact of enterprise technology independent research and development mode on innovation speed and how enterprises should apply information network systems. The conclusion shows that the research and development of technology is positively related to the innovation speed of enterprises, and the organizational memory ability positively regulates the relationship between technology research and development and innovation speed. So enterprises should improve organizational memory and enrich information network systems. Abstract
