Abstract

ALICE (A Large Ion Collider Experiment) is a general-purpose, heavy-ion detector designed to study the physics of strongly interacting matter and the quark-gluon plasma in nucleus-nucleus collisions at the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC).
