NOTARIES’ COMPETENCE: SOME PROBLEMATIC ISSUES

Abstract

The article examines the analysis of the competence of notaries as the main Institute of notaries, the correlation of the competence of notaries with the competence of other bodies and persons authorized to perform notarial acts, identifies some problems and prospects for the development of competence as a notary institution.
