Abstract

the paper represents one of the tools of the current internal quality assurance system at the University of Žilina which is self-assessment. It is a special approach to the assessment of the quality of education and fulfilment of the goals and strategy of the university, which, however seems to the involved parties to be very bureaucratic and complex.
