Foreign Experience in the Implementation of Sentencing (Executive) Probation (Case Study of the Republic of Kazakhstan)

Статья посвящена исследованию опыта службы пробации Республики Казахстан по осуществлению приговорной (исполнительной) пробации и возможностей его использования при создании аналогичного института в Российской Федерации. На основе анализа научных публикаций российских и казахстанских исследователей, нормативных материалов, а также с учетом объективных результатов деятельности службы пробации Республики Казахстан формулируются основные вопросы и проблемы, которые необходимо учесть при создании института приговорной (исполнительной) пробации в Российской Федерации. The article studies the experience of the probation service of the Republicof Kazakhstan in the implementation of sentencing (executive) probation and the possibilities of its use in the creation of a similar institution in the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of scientific publications of Russian and Kazakh researchers and regulatory materials, as well as taking into account objective results of activities of the probation service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the authors state key issues and problems to be considered when creating the institute of “sentencing (executive) probation” in the Russian Federation.
