Abstract

Short-stroke ultra-precision motor with high frequency response, high precision, high speed, etc., without any mechanical transmission structure linear motion, you can directly convert electrical energy into linear motion linear motor, because of its appearance similar to the sound, so called the voice coil motor, in automotive manufacturing, electronics, as well as semiconductors, biomedical and other fields have been widely used.
