Abstract

Aiming at the problem of tool deformation during machine preheating, a tool thermal deformation measurement scheme based on image processing was designed to analyze the relationship between the position change of tool axial due to thermal error and the preheating time.High speed camera was used to collect tool images, and canny algorithm was used to extract rough positioning of the edges of the images combined with matlab software. 基于图像处理技术的刀具热变形测量研究
针对机床预热过程中刀具变形的问题,设计了一种基于图像处理的刀具热变形测量方案,分析了热误差引起的刀具轴向位置变化与预热时间的关系。采用高速摄像机采集刀具图像,结合matlab软件,采用canny算法提取图像边缘的粗略定位。采用亚像素拟合边缘检测方法精确定位刀具边缘轮廓,即采用最小二乘法拟合刀尖曲线,计算刀具变形大小。刀具变形测量精度可达微米级。
