Abstract
The article highlights the issue of training general practitioners - family medicine, in the context of the reform of the tuberculosis industry, which faced before family medicine and providers of medical education. Delegating a significant percentage of the functions of care a patient with tuberculosis to family medicine, requires the formation of a cohort of professionals operating the basic specifications and technologies, which until now were the preference of a narrow field - phthisiology. Possibilities of using the SMART concept in creation of the effective information algorithm for the purpose of achievement of effective end points under a package of requirements of medical guarantees are substantiated.
