Results of the study showed that the degree to which the administrative decision-making process is activated to develop government schools in Jarash Governorate from the viewpoint of school principals came at medium degree, It was found that difference with statistically significance in degree out the degree to which the administrative decision-making process is activated to develop government schools in Jarash Governorate from the viewpoint of school principals attributed to gender variable in favor of the females, and according to the scientific qualification in favor of those with graduate studies, and for years of experience variable in favor of those with (10 years of experience and more). Abstract

This study aimed to find out the degree to which the administrative decision-making process is activated to develop government schools in Jarash Governorate from the viewpoint of school principals.
