This new system design is easy to implement at low cost and has a simple structure with many functions. The technologies for face and mask recognition proposed in this paper are based on PaddleHub. Abstract

基于图像处理技术的一站式智能环保社区
针对新冠肺炎疫情的蔓延和社区存在的安全隐患、人际关系淡化、管理异地等诸多问题,提出了基于互联网的一站式智能环保社区系统。它不仅提高了社区工作人员的能力,为居民和社区工作人员提供了极大的便利,关爱弱势群体,促进了幸福和谐的邻里生活,而且通过热成像识别、基于paddlehub的人脸识别和面具识别技术的应用,在监控社区环境安全的同时,也为居民和工作人员打分。该系统设计易于实现,成本低,结构简单,功能丰富。本文提出的人脸和面具识别技术都是基于PaddleHub的。在Haute-Alsace University提供的MaskedFace-Net和PaddleHub加载的预训练参数上进行的实验表明,使用该方法进行mask识别的准确率为94.3290%。
