Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Suplier Menggunakan Metode Topsis (Studi Kasus : Toko Keripik Rona Jaya Bandar Lampung)

Abstract

-Decision Support Systems include components of computer-based information systems that are used to help express opinions in unstructured and semi-structured situations when no one knows for sure how decisions need to be made. The problem that occurs in this study is that many home industries work together With Rona Jaya chips, they produce chip products with various variants, making it difficult for Rona Jaya chips to determine the selection of suppliers according to market demand. The purpose of this research is to speed up the decision-making process in selecting quality chip suppliers and to produce accurate information to support decision making. One type of decision making method is TOPSIS. The method applied in this study is a Decision Support System that uses the TOPSIS method in selecting supplier chips for Rona Jaya Lampung cassava chips. The assessment criteria used are flavor variants, expiration, product weight, and price. This information system is built on a desktop basis with a database management system using SQL. From the results of the 4 sample trials, the best score was 0.61, where the assessment was between 0-1, where the maximum value was 1. The results of this study were in the form of an application that can help understand the selection of suppliers of chip products that are more in demand in the market.
