Abstract

Abstrack. This study aims to provide an overview of the best practices of librarians and libraries at the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo in developing services during the COVID-19 pandemic conditions and new norms, using a quantitative descriptive methodology. The results obtained are the library of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University which has made online access services and developed a book delivery service that aims to provide for users who need a source of information in the form of printed books that are owned by the library and do not have digital files.
