Understanding the essence of social and pedagogical support of students with disabilities in higher education institutions involves, first of all, knowledge of the specifics of various types of developmental disorders, identifying existing problems, needs and opportunities of such students as well as creating appropriate conditions in the educational environment.\nThe growing number of people with disabilities in Ukraine raises a number of issues related to their adaptation, socialization, including education and employment. A special place in the system of higher education in Ukraine is occupied by the integrated form of education of students with disabilities together with other students, the main condition of which is to ensure equal access to education, extracurricular activities and equal rights to obtain the higher education.\nThe important component of the process of integration of youth with disabilities into society is the creation of appropriate conditions for learning and development of students with disabilities in higher education institutions, acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies. Abstract

The article considers the issue of education of students with disabilities in higher education institutions. It emphasizes the importance and features of social and pedagogical support that takes into consideration the main points that cause difficulties in this category in obtaining educational services. 本文对高等院校残疾学生的教育问题进行了探讨。它强调社会和教学支持的重要性和特点,考虑到在获得教育服务方面造成这一类困难的主要方面。本文明确了解决高校环境中残疾学生组织支持问题的透视途径。理解高等教育机构对残疾学生的社会和教学支持的本质,首先涉及了解各类发育障碍的具体情况,确定这些学生存在的问题、需求和机会,并在教育环境中创造适当的条件。乌克兰的残疾人人数不断增加,提出了一些与他们的适应、社会化,包括教育和就业有关的问题。残疾学生与其他学生的一体化教育形式在乌克兰的高等教育体系中占有特殊地位,其主要条件是确保平等的受教育机会、课外活动和平等的接受高等教育的权利。残疾青年融入社会进程的重要组成部分是为残疾学生在高等教育机构学习和发展、获得知识、技能和能力创造适当的条件。在现代条件下,残疾人获得高等教育的机会是一个尖锐的社会和教育问题,它与整体观念的形成和社会教育过程的特殊性有关。
