Abstract

RFID enabled wireless sensor networks are attracting intensive interests of intelligent transportation applications. This paper proposes a dynamic infrastructure for vehicular communications built upon the RFID enabled delay tolerant wireless sensor networks named Mobile Relay Network (MRN) for the communication in the intelligent transportation system.
