Unusual presentation of acute vulval ulceration

Abstract

The authors describe the case of a schoolgirl who presented with an acute vulval ulcer, later diagnosed as a Lipschutz ulcer. This rare lesion is often misdiagnosed, leading to unnecessary investigations and treatment. Copyright © 2008 Wiley Interface Ltd
