Problems of establishing the chronological sequence of applying the details of documents in the disclosure and investigation of crimes

Автором рассматриваются проблемные вопросы установления хронологической последовательности нанесения реквизитов документов в практической следственной и экспертной деятельности; предлагаются экспертные решения в рамках применения новых криминалистических подходов в исследовании реквизитов документов, являющихся предметом следственного интереса. Подобные новые подходы акцентируют внимание специалиста на различных диагностических и идентификационных признаках, с помощью которых достоверно устанавливается, какой реквизит был нанесен на документе первым, а какой является последующим. Актуальность теоретического и практического анализа описанных в статье криминалистических методов связана с их активным и обоснованным применением при решении экспертных задач, в том числе и непосредственно в уголовном процессе. The author examines the problematic issues of establishing the chronological sequence of applying the details of documents in practical investigative and expert activities and offers expert solutions within the application of new forensic approaches in the study of the details of documents that are the subject of investigative interest. Such new approaches focus the specialist's attention on various diagnostic and identification features, with the help of which it is reliably established which props were applied to the document first and which is the next. The relevance of the theoretical and practical analysis of the criminalistics methods described in the article is associated with their active and justified application in solving expert problems, including directly in criminal proceedings.
