The use of business simulation games as a teaching strategy and learning environment, promotes the active participation of students in teaching and learning process and thus there is a challenge to identify how they learn and answer what are stimulated. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between learning styles and perceptions of students in the application of business simulation games as a teaching strategy and learning environment. Students’ perceptions on teaching strategy and learning environment were collected through the instrument of the skills acquisition and the quality of the virtual environment. The analysis was performed using descriptive statistics techniques, factor analysis and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The main results, learning styles differ significantly as a teaching strategy in the processing and input dimensions. In the processing dimension, significant differences were presented in the factor related to problem solving, while the input dimension were the factor on managerial behavior.
