Abstract

According to the working principle of traveling wave type ultrasonic motor, design and manufacture a piezoelectric feeding experimental device with multi frequency excitation, studying the transport performance of different materials on piezoelectric device, analyzing the parameters that affect the transportation speed, such as exciting frequency, amplitude, mass and contact area. The device can study the macroscopic theory of piezoelectric conveying performance.
