The main purpose of this study was to determine the best group of couples of childbearing age for family planning participants based on the contraceptives used in Cirebon Regency using the K-means algorithm, where this algorithm can solve the clustering problem in determining the best group of couples of childbearing age family planning participants. The results of the clustering process to find the best group of couples of childbearing age for family planning participants by looking for the smallest DBI value and obtained K-2 as the best group with a Davies Bouldin Index value of 0.071. Abstract

One of the problems faced by newly married couples is planning the birth of children in the family. 新婚夫妇面临的问题之一是计划家里孩子的出生。调节家庭中子女生育间隔的问题可以通过政府发起的计划生育方案加以调节。抑制印度尼西亚人口增长率问题的一种方法是通过KB(计划生育)计划。从各地区育龄夫妇使用的避孕方法可以看出计划生育的成功。本研究的主要目的是基于Cirebon Regency使用的避孕药具,使用K-means算法确定计划生育参与者的最佳育龄夫妇群体,其中K-means算法可以解决确定计划生育参与者最佳育龄夫妇群体的聚类问题。聚类过程的结果通过寻找DBI值最小的育龄夫妇来寻找计划生育参与者的最佳组,得到K-2为最佳组,其Davies Bouldin指数值为0.071。计划生育参与者的育龄夫妇分组的最佳分组数为2个,分组0有20个项目成员,分组1有20个项目成员。关键词:聚类,k均值,计划生育,育龄夫妇
