Abstract

This paper examines the index calculation model and illustrates the technology used to determine the price of coal for coastal shipping. The software hierarchy design of the shipping price index forecast and analysis system is carried out using the MVC model. Additionally, the software’s function module is designed. Echarts technology enables data visualization, and the data cache mechanism alleviates server load during data retrieval. Additionally, the system is created and implemented. It enables the use of more representative sample routes when compiling freight indexes, as well as index prediction, analysis, and report document generation.
