Algorithms and methods of their application for the construction of linear and harmonic adjoinment models for the study of trends and periodicity of time series of data have been developed. Possibilities of using the technique in applied problems of analytical estimation and forecasting of dynamically changing processes are studied. Предлагается и обсуждается применение прилегающих элементов как системный метод прикладного функционального моделирования информативных сигналов в задачах оценивания и анализа предельных состояний динамических процессов.
