Abstract
Due to the problem of endpoint effect in the decomposition of hydraulic structure vibration data by EMD (empirical mode decomposition) method and the resultant mode confusion, a method based on EWT (empirical wavelet transform) combined with SVD (singular value decomposition) of hydraulic structure vibration signal noise reduction method.
