Effective safety management and risk control of mine is a critical part in prevention and control of major industrial accidents in mine enterprise. Techniques of hazard identification and risk analysis for mine are proposed. System design principles and main procedure of potential safety hazard investigation are given. Development and implementation of system functions is investigated, prediction and prewarning model is discussed and presented.
