Abstract

The safety and stability of mine operation is of great importance to the mining production and environmental protection. Effective safety management and risk control of mine is a critical part in prevention and control of major industrial accidents in mine enterprise. Techniques of hazard identification and risk analysis for mine are proposed. System design principles and main procedure of potential safety hazard investigation are given. Development and implementation of system functions is investigated, prediction and prewarning model is discussed and presented. Successful application of the system has achieved good results, which significantly improve safety management efficiency of mine enterprise and reduce the accident risk of mining operation.
矿山企业安全隐患调查与风险控制系统研究
矿山安全稳定运行对矿山生产和环境保护具有重要意义。有效的矿山安全管理和风险控制是矿山企业预防和控制重大工业事故的关键环节。提出了矿井危害识别和风险分析技术。给出了安全隐患调查系统的设计原则和主要程序。研究了系统功能的开发与实现,讨论并提出了预测预警模型。该系统的成功应用取得了良好的效果,显著提高了矿山企业的安全管理效率,降低了矿山作业的事故风险。
