this paper discussed an important theme which is “The Ruling of Prohibiting a Female Muslim from Marrying a Non-Muslim, and Its Objectives”. under the Islamic Sharī’ah. This was based on the contemporary wide openness on the global level, and for the various confusions and opinions as a consequence.
