Abstract

Virtual reality exergames have been demonstrated to provide high levels of exertion compared to traditional exercise, while players perceive less exertion. However, it is hard for people to be confident of whether they get the recommended levels of exercise. In this work, we present the "HappyFit" aesthetic interface that has been designed to be a pleasing ambient display that enables people to see their long-term user model of physical activity.
