Abstract

The linear piezoelectric ceramic motor (LPCM) has advantages such as high force at low speed, silence, no electromagnetic interference. However, the accuracy of control is greatly influenced by the existence of uncertainties including variation of system parameters, external disturbance. A suitable control system for the LPCM is not easy to design, thus the development of control strategies will surround the model-free strategies. Moreover, the terminal steepest descent algorithm (TSDA) has been adopted as the adjustment of network parameters in this study. Final, the simulation results will be shown to compare the proposed control method in this study.
