Stres dapat berdampak positif maupun negatif tergantung pada respon individu dalam menghadapinya.Kinerja merupakan bagaimana seseorang diharapkan dapat berfungsi dan berperilaku sesuai dengan tugas yang telah dibebankan kepadanya.Setiap harapan mengenai bagaimana seseorang harus berperilaku dalam melaksanakan tugas, berarti menunjukkan suatu peran seorang perawat yang ada di Puskesmas.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan yaitu bulan Agustus – September 2018 dengan jumlah responden 16 0rang yaitu perawat yang berada di puskesmas kota Kabupaten Enrekang.Tujuan peneliti Untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Di Puskesmas Kota Enrekang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Dalam penelitian survei, informasi dikumpulkan dari responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling karena seluruh populasi akan digunakan sebagai sampel.Hasil analisis dengan uji statistik Chi Square diperoleh dengan p value 0,017. p (value) = 0,013 > 0.05, maka Ha diterima, hal ini berarti ada pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan Di Puskesmas Kota Kabupaten Enrekang. \n \nKata kunci : Stress kerja, kinerja perawat \nABSTRACT Stress is a form of response both physically and psychologically to a person when faced with a situation that does not match demands with the ability to cope with them.
