Research on the Construction of Digitization Protection Platform for Ethnic Food Resources

Abstract

Digital method is an effective way to protect the intangible cultural heritage food resources. In this paper, with the development background of modern digital transformation, the use of "Internet plus", web crawlers, computers and other digital technologies were studied to build a digital protection platform for national food resources. Using technologies such as data cleaning, blockchain traceability and automatic matching algorithm, the platform architecture can be designed to iteratively update the relevant data of national food resources and establish a digital national food "Museum". Meanwhile, the development of national food culture is enabled and ethnic food cultural resources can be innovatively protected and inherited by digital technology, which can stimulate new consumption patterns and new business forms of ethnic food culture.
