The response characteristics includes the position loop gain, position feed-forward gain, velocity loop integral gain, velocity loop proportional gain, and velocity feed-forward coefficient. The characteristic responses of the different position loop gains, 10, 30, and 90 1/sec, are investigated in position control mode. The characteristic responses of the different position feed-forward gains, 10, 50, 70, and 100 %, are investigated. The performance characteristics of CNC machine tool was based on tuning operation for big data estimation. The big data establishment of the CNC machine tool was performed in position control mode for transient and steady state responses. The phase cross over frequency and gain margin decreased as the PK1V gain increased.
