Based on the startup control program and the In Application Programmable (IAP) method, the target ECU Flash programming was carried out to realize the convenient update operation. Abstract

针对升级操作繁琐、硬件成本高、协议设计复杂、升级失败后无法回滚等问题,开发了一套汽车电控单元ECU应用升级系统。开发了上位机更新控制平台软件,并基于STM32控制器实现了目标ECU。系统结构模式设计为客户端-服务器模式,系统两端通过USB-CAN适配器连接,实现系统的实时通信。基于启动控制程序和IAP (In Application Programmable)方法,对目标ECU进行Flash编程,实现便捷的更新操作。握手通信、数据包序列号验证、重传、应用存储分区等设计实现了稳定可靠的通信过程,并可进行更新回滚。
