Problems Associated with Technological Changes

Abstract

The article presents a transdisciplinary review of assessment results of modern technological changes. The rationalistic and empirical approaches to the analysis of the consequences of the spread of artificial intelligence are considered. The relevance of the topic is determined by: a) unreasonable optimism regarding the results of the fourth technological revolution; b) the dominance of technocratic rather than humanitarian ideas in the worldview of the elite.
