Abstract

This paper established an evaluation index system of industries' technology import and re-innovation capabilities from the aspects of technology development basis, technology import, digestion and absorption, re-innovation, and environment support. An improved method of grey situation decision based on entropy was introduced to systematically assess technology import and re-innovation capabilities of machinery equipment manufacturing industry, light and textile industry, information industry and photoelectronic industry in Fujian Province in recent 7 years. Through comparing the capabilities of different industries, it analyzed the change tendency of capabilities and its influencing factors.
福建省四大产业技术引进与再创新能力评价及影响因素分析
本文从技术发展基础、技术引进、消化吸收、再创新、环境支持等方面构建了产业技术引进再创新能力评价指标体系。采用改进的基于熵的灰色态势决策方法,对福建省近7年来机械装备制造业、轻纺工业、信息工业和光电工业的技术引进和再创新能力进行了系统评价。通过对不同行业能力的比较,分析了不同行业能力的变化趋势及其影响因素。
