Abstract

New tools of digital geographic information processing are used for many applications in research and development area . ln lhis conlext, a melhod of evaluation concerning the urban areas along the Bourgneuf bay coast (Loire-Atlantique, Vendée) was tesled . Results show that the urban dynamics are alway scaltered owing to a local w-ban planning not very restrictive .
