Abstract

Many talents and educated people seek to avoid and are frustrated by politics. This paper will discuss the role of politics in encouraging the international mobility of those who are not only highly educated but highly qualified. It will do so the gap and overlooked in theory/model as well critical debates that support by a number of international brain drain examples.
