Abstract

Memorandum: The South Cariboo Health Foundation is requesting Foundation Partnership Grant funding to support the purchase of three new therapeutic mattresses for the 100 Mile District Hospice Palliative Care Society. (The original request attached hereto was for four mattresses.) The CCRHD’s 40% share ($14,245) of the total approximate cost of $35.612.50 would be allocated from the CCRHD Foundation Partnership Grants budget.
