New for the territory of Ukraine species of xylotrophic ascomicots found in Skolivski Beskydy (Ukrainian Carpathians)

Abstract

Destructive fungi are the object of considerable attention in studies of the impact of economic activities on forest ecosystems, the search for indicators of forest damage, as well as measures for their protection. Among the xylotrophic fungi, asc fungi occupy a special place, which is characterized by a significant morphological diversity of fruit bodies and the ability to develop on different types of substrates.
