The Solution of Cross-border Problems of Ecological Safety in the Waste Management Industry

Abstract

The article presents the theses of the report on solving international problems of ecological safety in the waste management industry. It is shown that the existence of the market of secondary material and energy resources derived from pollutants and heat in emissions into the atmosphere and discharges into the water environment from stationary sources of transboundary pollution is a strategic indicator of the effectiveness of waste management systems.
