Abstract

This article first uses AHP to construct a scientific quality evaluation model, and ranks the scientific quality of the administrative cadres of the 74 units surveyed; then, using the cluster analysis method and combining the ranking situation, the scientific quality is better. The grey fixed-weight clustering evaluation method based on online + offline is proposed, the evaluation model and evaluation method are constructed, and application examples are given.
