Being one of the priority sources of information for people, it is at the same time a comprehensive tool that provides ample opportunities for broadcasting the necessary ideas, propaganda programs and other information elements that allow influencing the public masses. In most cases, the state is considered to be the main user of the above-mentioned management capabilities of the Network, but modern experience shows that a sufficiently large number of private associations and individuals are able to achieve their goals no less effectively than the state in matters of managing society and its opinion. The tools that the Network provides are wide and diverse enough to be able to adapt and effectively apply it to perform tasks that are completely different in nature. Abstract
The Internet (next — Web) is an integral element of modern human civilization. Being one of the priority sources of information for people, it is at the same time a comprehensive tool that provides ample opportunities for broadcasting the necessary ideas, propaganda programs and other information elements that allow influencing the public masses.
