In order to reveal the present situation of the quality of postgraduate education in our country, based on the sample survey of the expert panel and obtain a large amount of data, to the quality of postgraduate education in our country has carried on the objective and comprehensive analysis from two dimensions of comparison and policies to establish a relevant evaluation benchmark, from the graduate matriculate quality, style of study status quo of internal adaptation (academic standards, and innovation ability, etc.), external adaptation, unit of choose and employ persons to graduate student satisfaction from several aspects such as the current situation of the quality of postgraduate education of our country is evaluated. Abstract

我国高校研究生教育的现状、问题与对策的多维分析
在研究生教育规模不断扩大的今天,如何利用有限的资源培养高素质的研究型人才是中国研究生教育管理的重中之重。为了揭示我国研究生教育质量的现状,基于专家组的抽样调查和获取的大量数据,对我国研究生教育质量进行了客观全面的分析,从比较和政策两个维度建立了相关的评价基准,从研究生入学质量、学风现状、内部适应(学术标准)、并从创新能力、外部适应能力、用人单位对研究生满意度等几个方面对我国研究生教育质量现状进行了评价。结果表明:目前我国研究生在学风、学位论文质量和综合素质等方面表现良好;但是,与5年前相比,生源质量、学位论文水平和研究生整体素质并没有大的提高,甚至有潜在的下降趋势;本文从创新精神、团队精神、社会责任和实践能力四个方面,简要分析了相关原因,并提出了相应的政策建议。
