In order to analyze the possibilities and specifics of m-commerce that needs to be acknowledged and understood. The research methodology used was quantitative methodology, and used the case study method and questionnaires as research method. We have investigated and reviewed the specifics of m-commerce, issues, barriers and what is the better way to conceptually develop and manage m-commerce application? In order to analyze this we have used quantitative research method using questionnaire and further realized statistical data analyses using ANOVA and ANCOVA analyses.
