On the basis of the formula, the sources of the uncertainty of the calibration result of the common mode impedance modulus of the coupling/decoupling network are analyzed, and the corresponding sensitivity coefficients are calculated. Abstract

The process and result of the uncertainty evaluation of the precise calibration of the common mode impedance modulus of the coupling/decoupling network (abbreviated as CDN hereafter) for the immunity of conducted disturbances induced by radio-frequency fields in EMC test and measurement technique using electrical length compensation method and the impedance analyzer or the network analyzer as the calibration standard are introduced in this paper. In the beginning of this paper, the calibration method of the common mode impedance modulus of the coupling/decoupling network is presented, and the calculation formula of electric length compensation method is deduced. On the basis of the formula, the sources of the uncertainty of the calibration result of the common mode impedance modulus of the coupling/decoupling network are analyzed, and the corresponding sensitivity coefficients are calculated.
