Abstract

In order to reduce the potential damage which caused by ground deformation occur frequently and threatened people's production and life directly or indirectly in the urban city, it is very necessary to monitor ground deformation thoroughly and accurately. The persistent scatterer pair interferometric synthetic aperture radar (PSP-InSAR) method were used to analyze land deformation of the high-resolution COSMO-SkyMed Himage images collected from February 2013 to January 2018 in the Chancheng district of Foshan city. Then the warning threshold and the potential region were selected after the ground deformation tendency, location and rangeability were analyzed. Moreover, among the detected 1765521 PS points, 4143 points with ≥-18mm/year deformation rate were determined. Results show that the overall geological condition is stable, but some local areas remain dangerous. It is necessary to reinforce the prevention and management of regional geological disasters.
