And the simulation results show that this method is adaptive with the temperature and the controlling way is feasilble. Then a singlechip system which is based on the chip PIC16C72A, is realized to slove the controlling problem. Abstract

According to the temperature measurement in the medical machine, the activity measurement of the biological tissue should be achieved in the same environment with living human system.
