The purpose of this study was to improve students' ability to operate algebra using the Scaffolding method. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were students of class VII-1 and VII-2 of SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. The research sample used was 6 students; 3 students in class VII-1 and 3 students in class VII-2. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. While the data collection techniques in the form of observation and test data; pretest and posttest. The results showed that the score before the use of the Scaffolding method and after the use of the Scaffolding method respectively was 61.00 to 89.67 which means that the average score of students increased by 47%. Abstract

运用脚手架法提高中学生的代数运算能力
在数学学习中,理解概念对学生来说是非常重要的,因为理解是学生在学习过程中必须具备的最基本的能力。学生对数学问题的理解能力较低,因为数学学习仍然以教师为中心。使用传统的学习模式导致理解能力和学习效果低下。因此,教师应该能够使用学习模式,其中之一就是运用脚手架法学习。本研究的目的是提高学生使用脚手架法运算代数的能力。这种研究方法是描述性定量的。本研究的人群为班达亚齐省SMP Negeri 2的VII-1和VII-2班的学生。研究样本为6名学生;七一班3人,七二班3人。使用的数据分析技术是描述性统计。而数据收集技术则以观测和试验数据的形式;前测和后测。结果表明,使用脚手架法前和使用脚手架法后的得分分别为61.00 ~ 89.67,学生的平均得分提高了47%。在此基础上得出结论,运用“脚手架法”可以提高学生的代数运算能力。
