The banks were selected and from each organization 75 subjects were selected randomly. A questionnaire developed by Lujia (2001) was used for ascertaining the most important and different factors that influence job satisfaction in 4 organizations with different cultural background. Data were analyzed employing Spss13.0. five factors were found significantly different from one another.
