Analysis of the Russian Agricultural Research Organizations' Digital Footprint

Abstract

This work analyzes domestic agricultural research organizations' ratings shaped by applying methodologies of generating such ratings with consideration to active, passive, and semiactive digital footprints in the internet space. A mathematical description of the methodologies is provided. The benchmarking analysis of the resulting ratings is presented.
