Abstract
The Mobile IP protocol lets mobile terminals migrate without changing their IP addresses but its handoff is known to have "handoff latency" and "packet loss" problems. This paper describes another problem, "delay fluctuation" for streaming communication, and shows how this problem can be solved by using multiple routes.
